Using MumbaiChat means agreeing to a few straightforward rules that keep the rooms respectful for everyone. Here's what you're agreeing to when you join.

Eligibility
MumbaiChat is available only to adults aged 18 and over. By entering a room you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Accounts or sessions found to belong to minors are removed.
Acceptable Use
The platform exists for friendly, respectful conversation. You agree to treat other users decently, respect boundaries, and accept a "no" without argument. Keeping conversations civil — even in adult-interest rooms — is a condition of using the service.
Prohibited Behaviour
The following are not permitted and may result in immediate removal:
- Harassment, threats, hate speech or targeting of any individual or group.
- Explicit content shared without consent, or any content involving minors.
- Requests for money, transactional arrangements, escort services or other illegal activity.
- Spam, mass messaging, scams, phishing or impersonation.
- Sharing another person's private information without their consent.
Reporting and Moderation
Rooms are moderated, and users can report behaviour that breaks these terms. We may remove content or restrict access to keep the community safe. Guidance on what to report and how is available in the safety guide.
No Guarantees
MumbaiChat is provided for entertainment and social purposes. While we work to keep rooms safe, we cannot guarantee the conduct of every user or the outcome of any conversation. You are responsible for your own choices, including anything that moves offline.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MumbaiChat is not liable for interactions between users or for any loss arising from use of the service. Please chat responsibly and follow the safety guidance provided.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
